She's not even two weeks old. I wore my maternity jeans for at least a month after Angel was born, but I think it was more like two. You still have a lot of body volume there that was there to keep up with little Scarlet's demands on your body.M&Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03673423794260781916noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3288880123522914343.post-8340286546846445192010-05-12T15:16:46.697-05:002010-05-12T15:16:46.697-05:00It must feel great to have all that baby weight dr...It must feel great to have all that baby weight drop so fast. You look darling preggers and probably even better now that you are day by day getting back to your normal self!!

I too have clothes from my heavier days, and I am holding on to them for when I am pregant!Kelsey @ Seattle Smith'shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10259461326119245914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3288880123522914343.post-88364970724676395462010-05-12T14:56:15.741-05:002010-05-12T14:56:15.741-05:00Your sissy is SO right! Do all of the things that she told you to do....and remember that even if you lose all of the weight that you put on with baby girl, sometimes, things don't go back the way you want them to....low rise jeans aren't really your friend anymore. Its not that your overweight, its that your body has changed. Start a NEW chapter in your life in terms of body image and all of those things are just going to come together in the end:) Give it about 6 weeks and you will feel lots better about everything. Its totally normal to still be in your maternity clothes, honey! Like SO normal! Don't make me tell you to get over yourself;) xoxoxoErin Caden Rogershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08971724397741843820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3288880123522914343.post-90049995276859908282010-05-12T11:27:03.224-05:002010-05-12T11:27:03.224-05:00DOnt be too hard on yourself! You can eat poppyseed chicken too-just not a sumo size. However, if you are breastfeeding/pumping you will need about 200-300 extra calories per day. Eat healthy and OFTEN, start walking with Scarlet, and give it at least one month! ANd don't do the starvation diet-not only is it not going to work, but your child will eventually see you doing this and get a complex/eating disorder like WE had!Susannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06525637050244402378noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3288880123522914343.post-62522494806395250692010-05-12T09:20:41.874-05:002010-05-12T09:20:41.874-05:00Even at 38 weeks, you're all tummy! Plus, the maternity clothes are giving you more motivation! LOLJenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12809397616829044745noreply@blogger.com
